  Not happy at all, but was not given a refund

  Liked: The caravan we stayed in was absolutely disgusting it I’ve never been cleaned. There was blood on the mattress mould everywhere the bedding I’ve never been changed.

  Disliked: We booked static caravans all the time and I can honestly say it was the dirtiest Caravan I have ever tried to stay in me and my sister were cleaning for two hours. When we got there we complained about it but was not given the option of a refund and it was too far to

  Liked: The location was nice and quiet

  Disliked: The holiday lodge was not very clean when we arrived. There were stains on the sofa covers which I went and bought sheets from Tesco to sit on. The radiators had dirt on and there was also cigarette butts in the ashtray on the garden furniture which also looked dirty alongside the decking. The shower tap was loose. The mugs also need a deep clean The air conditioning did not work,don't supply towels I have stayed in many lodges and this was the most disappointing and definatley overpriced on the plus side, The customer service was very good from the letting agent.
