  Liked: The communication was brilliant all the time, any question was answered quickly. The location is a minute from a tram stop, parking the car up was easy and travel around Blackpool made simple Will be booking again

  Really enjoyed my stay in a nice clean apartment

  Liked: Being able to change apartments the first one was not up to standards but the staff kindly let us swap to a better one.

  Liked: Nice quiet apartment that was right next to tram stop for easy commute to the town center.

  Disliked: To pay for parking but seems to be the way others are. A small issue.

  Liked: Great location for us, easy to find and park. Value for money is great, clean. We were welcomed by 3 employees at the time, they were all friendly. Communication 10/10, any queries, concerns, requests was met immediately, both before & after our stay. We actually accidentally left one of our jackets there, without realising, they rang us, that morning to let us know we left it! We arranged to pick, at our earliest convenience. Thank you for that!

  Disliked: Very hot, but nothing that opening a window couldn’t solve. The lift was interesting, but provided us with lots of laughs.
