  Disliked: No TV as ariel doesn't work TV wasn't a smart TV either No hot water Place was freezing Sofa was broken And was very unclean

  Liked: The beds were comfortable and clean bedding. Danielle was very and welcoming.

  Disliked: The building is very dated and should be a lot cheaper. The tap is broken in kitchen. Couldn't get the bath working. Could deal with all this if not for the rancid smell. The whole apartment apart from the back bedroom smelt so bad and couldnt place where it came from. The plumbing smelt like rotten eggs.

  An amazing value for money stay

  Liked: The facilities were amazing great apartment which had everything we needed. The hosts were so helpful and friendly too. Free parking which really helped and a generally pleasant stay.

  Disliked: Instructions for the oven would have been useful as the sticker for settings had rubbed off. Also a couple of the utensils were blunt but apart from that everything was great

  Apartment 3 basement stay

  Liked: Stayed in apartment 3 - A parking space was reserved on request, quiet, good communication from the host and met on arrival to show the room/information. The apartment was warm. Surfaces and bedding was clean. It was good that it was self contained and had it's own entrance. It had all the facilities needed for an apartment. There was free WiFi provided. Good location to walk to shops and seafront.

  Disliked: The apartment needs a general deep clean for example under the sofa because it comes apart, the skirting boards and bathroom door need wiping. The mop was left with old water which stank when moved and was very well used. The bathroom floor grouting needs a good scrub and in the corner under the sink. It could do a towel rail to dry towels and the bathroom door needs a new handle (cracked) and squeaks/hard to slide. Towels need updating because they were worn and stained. The shower temperature was hot and cold and not much power but better on eco. The bedroom area was good but would have preferred a door to separate from the kitchen/living area. No mattress protectors on the beds apart from the pillows. Would have liked extra pillows. Weird dim pink bedroom lightbulb so used lamps instead. Very tight car park space on busier night but luckily more spaces available on quieter night.
