  Liked: The property was very good overall, with large and spacious rooms that provided plenty of space and made the stay comfortable. The location was also very good and convenient, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions and amenities. The property was well-suited for a longer stay, and I was pleased with the overall experience. I would definitely consider booking this property again, especially as I visit Blackpool regularly every year. It was a good choice for my trip, and I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

  Great spacious place

  Liked: I have stayed 3 nights with 4 children. It was a very good size. Beds were very comfy. Toilet been seperate to shower room is great for big families. Kitchen it lovely and a great size. Extra bed as a sofa bed for cosy late nights with the kids is great. Its in a great place aswell, first sight was hmmmm cause it looks not so good from outside but it's located near good shops which is handy and an easy few minutes walk from all the fun and beach.

  Disliked: The shower was abit tricky to get it hot it was echo 1 (the meant to be cold setting) but once working it's great. I think £200 to be held is alot but it's also understandable (I didn't read the policies lol so it was £200 of our spending money)

  Liked: We had issues with the shower, we were advised plumber attended bay flat. Shower only became luke warm after that and it wasn't warm all the time. If I'm honest the shower remained cold most of the time. The power light on the shower did not work. Not sure if this was the reason of mostly freezing cold water. We were disappointed as this happened last year when we stayed in flat upstairs. It seems the issue has never been resolved up in the flat too, as colleagues staying there said there shower was cold too. Everything else was good no issues. Unfortunately because of the continued issues with the shower, I could not recommend the flat as 6 adults showering in cold water is not pleasant.

  Honest opinion

  Liked: The place was spacious and clean I will an honest opinion

  Disliked: The shower didn't work the full week it was either freezing cold or a trickle of water so really poor I know the owners are looking at fixing this

  Disliked: It was extremely uncomfortable beds to the point of me having to sleep on the couch for my back not to hurt with springs constantly digging into my back. We was also in bed the next morning and was rudely interrupted by 3 people entering the property to come and do a survey with notification of a message through bookings.com that morning which is not acceptable to disturb someone when they have paid to stay at the property. I had to get out of bed and it made me and my friend feel very uncomfortable as we were not dressed. The reaction from who I believe was the owner of the property was "well we messaged you this morning" this would not be acceptable in a hotel. The shower was also dangerous to the point of it burning you or being exceptionally cold this is not an exaggeration I would worry for a child being in that shower or an elderly person.
