Exceptional
Liked: Staff.wer helpful in changing to s more suitable room on lower floor.
Disliked: Booked specifically because, at time if booking, stated had a lift and one member of party has mobility issues. However, on arrival turned out lift out of commission and has been removed from advertised facilities. Receptionist was helpful and managed to swap to a lower floor single room which was more manageable although still far from.ideal. Rooms were okay and bed comfortable but cleanliness, particularly in communal stairs etc not great.
Unclean, unsafe decided not to stay
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: It started with the view from the street. What was once the dining room had torn curtains and light switches hanging loose from the wall. In the entrance hall the fire alarm box was not attached to the wall and was hanging by its wires. The bedroom was grubby the furniture consisted of a bedside table and a chest of drawers. There was nowhere to hang anything. The bedding looked clean but decided to stay somewhere else.
Liked: Location
Disliked: Advertised lift which was handy with baby but out of use, toilet dirty under rim can be seen when sat on bed, tv in room not working for room advertised at £78 but reduced to less than 40 which is what its worth
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Everything apart from location
Discusting
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Nothing like the pictures never found what was deluxe about the room! Unclean belongings left in drawers! Shame could be a nice place if they did it up a bit

Liked: Nothing Was very unclean
Disliked: Everything was not as described in the photos
