  Birthday break ruined

  Liked: There was nothing to like about the property we were booked for 2 nights and left early the next day, we would of left the same day but we're tired from travelling and the journey home would be too much for my partner.

  Disliked: Everything, the room was small, the bed and bedding were below basic standard, the shower was faulty and there was no TV to watch either downstairs in the reception area or the bedroom, the window didn't shut properly and the wind made me feel like the roof was falling apart

  Disliked: Have to mention this, if you get room number 12 or any other room for matter, check the windows are secure please, ours in room 12 wasn't! If a child had climbed on the chair infromt of the window and pushed the window open, it would been about a 50ft drop to its death, the window handle didnt even work, we was moved to another room after raising the issue

  Liked: The location closer to the town centre

  Disliked: The accommodation was not very good and not very comfortable or clean also door's kept banging at night keeping us awake bedroom furniture drawers broken

  The Avon decent

  Liked: It's a nice hotel wayy too many stairs for me and my son we can't walk too well but it's nice and clean and friendly enough

  Disliked: Stairs and the area but you can't have everything it's a roof

  Liked: It was not far from the shops and attractions at all, the owner was really friendly and polite, beds were comfortable, plenty of plug sockets, complimentary soap and sachet of shampoo, Working TV and WIFI.

  Disliked: Room wasn't cleaned properly, the guests kept slamming the front door, the pull cord string for the bathroom light was so short nobody could reach it so we had no light and we couldn't shut the windows.
