  Liked: Friendly staff. Family orientated- allowed children to be children. Breakfast was really good, with the option to double up if you have a large appetite.

  Liked: Friendly staff.

  Disliked: The only thing that I would say is due to our stay being during school half term holidays there was a few children running around screaming up and down the stairs and corridors until 10.30ish pm. Not a major problem but the parents could have kept a better eye on them and thought about the other guests.

  Friendly clean comfortable hotel will book again

  Liked: As soon as if booked the hotel on booking.com.the manager phoned me as I had requested an accessible room.he had one available but he was confirming that a,twin room would be ok which it was.we arrived very early 1 pm but the room was ready.it was clean comfortable and the beds were comfortable we both slept well.the hotel staff where friendly and helpful.I walk with a rolator there is a ramp to the side door we rang the bell each time n staff came quickly to let us in.we didn't book breakfast but from what we saw it looked ok.will definitely be booking here again

  I did not have excessive expectation, so I was not disappointed!

  Liked: Room was adequate but a bit worn. It was clean. Staff helpful. Breakfast, basic but well prepared and filling. Ideal for me.

  Disliked: Bathroom very small and loo seat and cover would not stay up when raised! There was an alarm or similar near my room that went off briefly a few times. Maybe due to other guests having a sneaky ciggie, not the hotels fault.
