  Clean

  Liked: The property was clean and the staff were friendly if we did only see him on the Friday

  Disliked: The shower was cold and the windows were broke so it was cold and drafty in the bad weather. Hard to carry all the luggage up to the top floor along with young children

  Stay at the feathers

  Liked: My mother came with me in other room. She said room was comfortable. Also liked how close we were to the centre of Blackpool.

  Disliked: Couldn't shut bedroom window in room 4. Noisy at all hours of the night.

  Stay at the feathers for 7 days

  Liked: I liked how close it was to Blackpool city centre and tower. The piers, buses and trams were nearby. The train station was a short 15 minute walk away from hotel.

  Disliked: At night in hotel was pretty noisy from other holiday people. They were walking around banging doors, shouting. Also last night of stay someone was using drill. Also toilet in my first room 11 blocked, also windows were unable to close.

  Comfortable but very noisy

  Liked: Staff were friendly and welcoming, room was clean and comfortable.

  Disliked: Was woken up just after midnight by loud music being played, lots of movement and loud voices from another room. This went on for nearly 2 hours. And started again just after 5 am
