  Liked: Pat was an excellent friendly host, nothing was to much trouble for him and was a joy to talk to. An invaluable source of local information, highly recommend the Glenroy and we will definitely book again when we go to Blackpool

  Perfect

  Liked: The best host Pat and his lovely assistant Christine 😍 and the breakfast was lovely. Pat went out of his way to make all guests feel special and showed genuine interest.

  Liked: The host Pat and his friend Ben were amazing. They couldn't do enough for us. Very friendly and welcoming. Location was ideal. In-between the Tower and the pleasure beach. Breakfast was amazing too. Had a great time. We will be back 😊

  An excellent value for money B&B

  Liked: Simon and I thought Breakfast was very nice and included everything you wanted. Room was ample and clean. Host was very friendly and could no more than he did 10/10. Location was good, I would say about 1/2 way between Tower and pleasure beach. If you use the tram ask for the 2 for 1 £10 for all day on and off. We will be returning.

  Disliked: Some of the houses opposite have gone unpleasant but not the the B&Bs fault.
