  Lovely & quiet hotel, no issues what so ever

  Liked: Room was very clean & the hotel was quiet. Communication with Jane was brilliant & will be staying again if in the area. Highly recommend.

  Disliked: The hotel is a little bit out from the town centre, but only a short taxi journey.

  We had a lovely stay Jane was absolutely lovely and friendly and we felt at home

  Liked: It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Plenty of tea coffee etc and I absolutely loved the bath tub. And the honesty bar

  Lovely independent hotel in a nice location at the quieter end of Blackpool

  Liked: I stayed in lovely contemporary decorated modern room. It was a nice touch to have the fridge filled with a bottle of water which was very welcome in the summer. There was a nice selection of tea/coffee and hot chocolate in the room along with tasty fresh cookies. I received a warm welcome from the hosts on arrival. The hotel had a well stocked honesty bar. The hotel is well located on the North Shore of Blackpool. There is a nearby tram stop if you want to use it to travel down to attractions in the South of Blackpool.

  Disliked: The room was a little bit warm. However, opening the windows to let in the Blackpool breeze helped with this. There is no breakfast option available currently but there is a very nice independent cafe (Cafe47) located nearby which is open at the weekends and is a great option for a reasonably priced, excellent quality breakfast. The owner had the menus available for this.
