  Very disappointing stay — dirty hotel and no hot water

  Liked: The £20 key deposit was returned the following morning.

  Disliked: The hotel was very dirty and there was no hot water. After booking, I was told I also had to provide a £20 cash-only key deposit, which I had not been aware of when making the reservation. Although it was refunded the following morning, the overall experience was very disappointing. I would not stay here again.

  Liked: Absolutely nothing dirty horrible hotel don’t stay you will be disappointed

  Disliked: Couldn’t get in the room lock broken I swear somebody had been in my room, this hotel let drug user book rooms shout about drugs I have stayed before a few years ago and wasn’t like this it’s run down dirty and decor is from 60s and not well looked after stinks

  Liked: DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Booked for 1 night and showed up at 16:30 and the doors were locked, the building looked run down so we phoned them and they said they did not have a booking so lost £62
