  Liked: Good location - walkable to everything yet nice and quiet at night. Friendly and welcoming host and staff. Bed and bedding was comfy and appeared clean and breakfast was good for the money.

  Disliked: The room was very small and the carpet looked like it hadn't been hoovered for a long time - which wasn't surprising as I don't think you could physically fit a hoover in the room! Cold water tap on sink in bedroom was completely loose. Random purple hand towel on bedroom floor underneath radiator. Hand wash by the bedroom sink was watered down. Biscuits on the tea tray were a couple months out of date and there was no milk so couldn't make a cup of tea. There was a hole in the wall next to the bed and no pillow cases on two of the pillows - just pillow protectors. We hadn't realised that private bathroom didn't mean ensuite, so whilst we didn't mind as such as it was literally next door to our room, we had to unlock and lock it every time we used the loo and it felt very nosy doing that in the middle of the night when I needed the loo - felt sorry for the people in the room next to us!

  Liked: Almost everything. You have to be picky to find fault with your stay here. John and Sammy absolutely make the place. Already booked our next stay.

  Liked: John & Sammy are so friendly and accommodating. They made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was delicious. The price was very good value for money compared to alot we looked at when booking.

  Value for money. Great breakfast

  Liked: The owners were very friendly and welcoming. Great central location. The breakfast was great. Room was clean and comfy bed. Good value for money overall

  Disliked: Room was quite small for a couple with a baby. Minor issue as we managed, and for what we paid cant really complain.
