  Overall an excellent stay, we would definitely stay again

  Liked: The property is ideally located, five to ten minute walk from South Pier. Taxi to Blackpool North Train Station around £10. Wi-Fi within the property was excellent and the streaming services on TV worked extremely well. Plenty of room for the three of us with a good working kitchenette. Good communication with Adam and everything was explained well. Parking was available and we had no issues with parking.

  Disliked: It was cold, but the heating came on twice a day and there were two electric heaters available which certainly helped. The kitchen could do with some more utensils for example pots and pans and utensils to use for cooking. The water drainage in the bathroom was extremely slow.

  Good location for the south pier. Good value for money. Would stay again

  Liked: Was able to park on site. Was very quiet at night. Beds were comfortable.

  Disliked: A blind at the bathroom window. Had a slight odour when we went in.

  Comfortable property in great location

  Liked: Great location. Short walk to south pier. Shop across the road. Comfortable bed. All the facilities you need for a self catering stay. Friendly, helpful host.

  It was a good stay, the staff was helpful providing all the information that I needed. Very responsive staff

  Liked: Good location, was a walking distance to most attractions and the bus stop. It was easy to find our way around. Kitchen utensils and all you would usually need at home were available to make the stay comfortable.

  Disliked: The shower tray need to be fixed to make it conducive when having a shower. Water flow is very slow and it is very uncomfortable, and the tray is so flat that water could overflow to the floor. Not a nice shower experience at all.
