  Liked: Did not have breakfast

  Disliked: We could not get into this property rung doorbell no answer rung the telephone number and sent email to them. The area was horrible lots of drinkers and drug addicts thank god we couldn’t get in. Ended up staying at the holiday inn hotel

  Unpleasant and cold. No staff to be seen

  Disliked: 1. No staff when trying to find them 2. Didn’t answer phone when rang 3. Mixed rooms up and key cards 4. All lock boxes had same combination 5. Cold rooms as wouldn’t wouldn’t shut 6. Plugs and lamp in main bedroom didn’t work 7. Light in shower/ bathroom was fault 8. Black muck all around sink and plug hole 9. Black muck all over hand soap 10. Only had 1 towel between 2 people 11. Shower was rusty and dirty 12. Hair and muck in shower plug hole that was clogged with women’s hair 13. Pube hair on toilet and jn shower 14. Black hairs all over bed and chair in bedroom 15. No breakfast available when ment to as no staff around between the time of breakfast

  Won’t be staying here again

  Disliked: Only saw staff when checking in. Then no one for the rest of the weekend. I was locked out of my room Saturday and could not find anyone onsite Saturday, Sunday or Monday to help obtain a spare key. I rang all the telephone numbers that are on the sites with no replies. Sent messages. Left answer phone message and no response, not until following Wednesday. Spent the long weekend in same clothes, with limited funds. Had to share with friend all weekend.

  Very uncomfortable bed

  Disliked: I could feel the springs in the bed when I laid on it. The bed is really low down. There is no room to walk around in the shower/bathroom, or around the bed. The sink is tiny you can't even put your toothbrush on it.

  Liked: The location was excellent Rooms spacious and comfortable.

  Disliked: A window in the family room in the basement didn't lock properly from the inside. Potential safety issue there as it could be accessible from the street at the back. Rooms could do with a bit of TLC. Lots of clutter in the walkways on the way to the Rooms.

  Basic accommodation with no frills. Good location

  Liked: It is central and you don’t need to be out of the room until 12 noon

  Disliked: Very small double and very basic It needs decorating and up dating.
