  Liked: Location, excellent breakfast, friendly & helpfull owners.

  Disliked: Could do with a towel rail in bathroom for bath towels. Over the radiator rail made it too awkward to move around bed.

  Liked: In a quiet area which suited me. Close to amenities like wetherspoons and a few eating places near by. South pier a short walk away as is the pleasure beach. Good tram service from the pier area. The staff were very welcoming and easy to chat to. Breakfast was ample and you can choose what you want. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Spacious bar area and Breakfast room. Entry doors locked at all times with key fob entry. I cannot fault it at all and will be returning at some point.

  Disliked: Nothing to add here. Everything was great.
