  Liked: Food was good in the pub and also breakfast. Room clean.

  Disliked: Check in process. The girl helping was good but too much fiddling about on the check in screen. Lift not working and my friend is disabled.

  Lovely one night stay to see Blackpool lights at a discounted price, perfect

  Liked: Fantastic one night stay, the children thoroughly enjoyed the family swim time which is a big selling point for us to return.

  Disliked: Pool could have been cleaner, alot of hairs floating about. Lifts not working, not sure if these have been fixed as they were not working back in August either, it made us have to have a room change, staff should be making customers aware before booking in...

  Expected more for the price we payed very disappointing

  Liked: The room was lovely and clean

  Disliked: The people staying next door constantly slammed the door all night long keeping us all awake which isn’t ideal with a autistic child. Would benefit from the doors being slam proof
