Liked: The location was good a short walk to major attractions

Disliked: The room and side we stayed is in need of renovation. The room we stayed in, the floor was very uneven a compact room with a shower that the door didn't shut properly allowing water to go on the floor, the heating only comes on at certain times of the day as well as the hot water

  Great stay in central Blackpool!

Liked: Excellent location, situated in central Blackpool. 5 minute walk to get to the front. Free parking is very useful and welcome. Very helpful staff and everything needed was provided. Room was clean and was warm. Very comfortable for the price.

Disliked: The street where the hotel is based is a bit rundown. But this is not a reflection on the hardworking team running the hotel to the best of ability.
