Very good
Excellent location but apartment lacked basic items
Liked: Excellent location, spacious apartment, parking was literally opposite the apartment. Lots of clean towels were provided. Clean duvets etc
Disliked: Steep steps to get to the apartment, tricky when travelling with very young children. The apartment lacked basic cleaning products ie no wipes. Kitchen towel or hand-wash. The toilet brush was disgusting and very dirty. No complimentary tea coffee etc on arrival. You would think paying all that money for 2 night stay you would have basic neccasties. Apartment could do with fresh up. Table leg was wobbly and wardrobe handle was broken.

Liked: Very nearby to train station and shopping area. Very smooth check in and very clean.
Disliked: The apartment is so cold. I was not able to adjust the heating as per instruction. The instruction was bit difficult to follow. The light is bit dull in hall area because difficult to dine in dining table especially at night.

Persian Suite (2 room apartment)
Liked: The location is excellent, the amount of space in the apartment was amazing, the hosts were so quick to answer any questions we had and very helpful.
Disliked: We felt the floors were still sticky and dirty despite seeing they had been cleaned (wet marks from mop). The bath plug was also perhaps missed during the cleaning as there was hair and fluff in so water didnt drain away, we had to clean this ourselves. The microwave wasnt working so we also couldnt have the quick lunches we had brought back to the apartment.
