Would have been perfect if the fire had worked

Liked: Location was superb and was really looking forward to the cozy cottage feel. We spent a lot of time out of the cottage sight seeing and dinners in the evening given the fire situation so did not use all the facilities.

Disliked: The gas fire was not working in the ingle nook fireplace. The management agent took a couple of hours to answer on the Sunday night and delivered an electric heater on the Monday. The response time for a non-emergency is up to seven days. We were advised by the management contact that the owner had been notified and a plumber would be instructed. One of the main reasons the cottage was chosen was for the fire.
