  Our stay was very pleasant but parking was a headache, but the location was central to everything

  Liked: Room was clean and comfortable. Great location and great breakfast. Catered for our dietary needs.

  Disliked: No parking was provided and that was the biggest challenge. There was little free parking which had time restrictions of 90 mins between 9-6. Local car parks were quite expensive.

  Liked: Location was great! Room was lovely:)

  Disliked: It was a bit cold! The heater was not on ( the radiator was cold). There was a portable electric heater but not enough for the whole room/bathroom

  Fantastic place with all the amenities and central location

  Liked: So central to everything within the village. Our room was large and comfortable with a fridge containing bottled water and fresh milk for the tea & coffee provided.

  Nice location but definitely overpriced

  Liked: Location is great

  Disliked: No WiFi and no one to help as there is no concierge. Complained about lack of WiFi to the email given as I really needed it for work and only got an apology, not any sort of how can we make this right? For the price of the room I felt there should have been more of an attempt to rectify my frustration instead of only an apology.
