Very good
Liked: Very friendly staff and good location for a visit to Cambridge
Overall, we enjoyed our way, rested well
Liked: It was a comfortable stay.
Disliked: Housekeeping just knocking early in the morning while we were sleeping. Staff in the dining who just took your plate even though you're not yet done eating. Very rude.
Jack was brilliant
Liked: Jack was brilliant. Very very helpful really nice person. Always happy. What a hard worker putting in crazy shifts but staying polite and pleasant at all times. Can't fault him what so ever. Great to have a person who takes pride in their job.
Disliked: Pillows were a little hard but other than that.
Liked: Clean,tidy and great staff.
Very pleasant stay
Liked: Location, walkable distance to the centre.
Disliked: It would be nice for guests to have cheaper parking fees.
Good value and close to Addenbrookes
Liked: This was my second stay here of the week, the first was cut short as my wife was still in surgery in Addenbrookes so I was put up on site. The staff remembered me, gave me a room upgrade and free parking. Had a good chat with the manager who had been through similar things. Great buffet style Breakfast included in the price.. Very convienient location for the Hospital.
Disliked: The car parking again is confusing and could cost £16 per night if you are not careful.
