Fabulous
It was ok
Liked: The room was actually pretty good
Disliked: The parking and the price was a little high
Great quality and value - Thankyou
Liked: Great bonus to have the gym, pool and sauna. Reception staff were lovely and so polite.
Disliked: Got a bit confused parking but that’s not your fault really. Had to drive back past the hotel on yourself to park at train station
One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in
Liked: From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a young man on front desk. He was so kind and even offered me an upgrade to a double bed instead of twin (which was only available at initial time of booking). He was so informative and attentive. Really felt welcomed. I felt valued as a guest. The hotel is lovely and modern and I absolutely loved the room. It was so spacious, the bathroom was massive and the bed was so comfy. What was incredible is the fact that it overlooked the train station, yet it completely blocked out the noise. Facilities were fantastic and I had a wonderful stay. Will definitely come back again.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing. It was great!
It was so relaxing
Liked: I loved how close it was to the train station. It also had a lot of wellness facilities that made the stay worthwhile
Disliked: The only thing I’ll say is that the toilet sink is really not good. It’s just not nice to use it and it takes a while for the dirt to go because of the build of the sink.
Will stay again
Liked: Quiet but close to bus and train options into central Cambridge
Disliked: Car park fee for 1 day
Liked: Close to station
Disliked: Cramped and unclean pool changing rooms, very small so called family room with only one pillow for 2nd bed. Empty soap dispenser in room, no pastry at breakfast, it ran out and was not replenished.
