Disliked: Didn’t realise was more like a backpackers.
Lovely experience in the Highlands
Liked: Location at the city center, clean room and very nice service. We had really nice view from the window and room was warm despite the heavy rain and wind outside.

Liked: The staff at reception doesn't care the people come to stay. They sit at a corner looking through their mobile and respond to customers rudely. They sit there with their both legs up very disrespectful and answer us very unpleasant and rudely. And the parking is very congested. All other aspects of stay are good,. I seriously complain about staff behaviour.
