Exceptional
Lovely little home away from home
Liked: It was lovely tidy and clean. Perfect location in around lots of hikes and activities.
Disliked: Nothing I didn’t like!!
Comfortable, quiet stay
Liked: Quiet location and private. Good walking distance to the bus and train station. Nice to have private space. Good little kitchenette and well equipped. Lots of hot water.
Disliked: As others have commented it would be great to have some different lighting for the evening as the spot lights are very bright and it's all or nothing. We struggled to make the shower head stay in the right position.
Liked: Very very clean and great location. Mostly very quiet apart from neighbours chatting outside the room.
Disliked: The bed mattress was not the greatest. The bed frame is not good for tall people. I am 6'2" and could not sleep with legs straight due to the bed frame. The oven / hob control was not working properly so could not see the numbers. The lighting is either very bright or off. Would be handy to have a lamp for the evenings.
A small apartment with complex facilities
Liked: Self check-in enables the guests / hikers to do it easily every time of the day. The property was clean but quite small. WiFi works well.
Disliked: There is no USB-charger.
Liked: Location is very close the city centre
Disliked: No soundproofing at all, can hear the neighbour’s loud music during the day. Also gets very hot in summer, not good ventilation and no ac nor fans. The property owner is not very responsive
Liked: Super cozy and very clean. Perfect for a stay to explore Fort Williams and climb Ben Nevis.
