Great stay, definitely would recommend

Liked: Clean, practical and convenient A clean, functional and practical place to stay, with convenient parking right outside the door and easy access to the parking space. We also appreciated the thoughtful welcome starter pack with milk, coffee and snacks provided on arrival.
Disliked: Functional and practical, but lacking comfort and flexibility One inconvenience is that check-in and check-out must be done in person at a hotel some distance away, involving a steep staircase and an additional walk. The service was rather inflexible. Early check-in and late check-out were not possible, and making changes to our booking was unnecessarily complicated. Although the reception staff were very friendly, the overall experience felt somewhat impersonal. The apartment itself was very basic, with rooms that seemed to be designed to the absolute minimum size. While everything was functional, a few additional touches would have made it much more comfortable. Even simple details such as a toilet roll holder or towel hooks in the bathroom were missing. The living room would have benefited from a cosy blanket and better lighting, particularly a lamp above the dining table, as the room was quite dark. Overall, the apartment felt a little like a purely functional new development, lacking warmth and character. The lake view is probably lovely from the upper floors, but from our basement apartment it was somewhat obstructed by trees and surrounding buildings. Sound insulation could also have been better, as noise from the apartments above was quite noticeable. Instructions for the ventilation system and other facilities would have been helpful. Overall, the accommodation is clean, functional and practical, but somewhat lacking in atmosphere and priced above what we felt was reasonable for what was offered. A little more attention to detail, comfort and flexibility would make a big difference.

Liked: Liked everything was my partners birthday and we also had family with us from Liverpool. Plenty to do and see and all close by. Also the the highland coo.k was amazing for food will definitely use the apartments again

Disliked: the apartment outside name signage, a light could of been above it,as you cannot see the name in the dark from a distance
