Exceptional
Excellent stay. Would 100% return
Liked: Location was excellent for getting to town and also excellent for being close to the best mountaineering spots. On site restaurant was lovely food.
Liked: Comfortable place with good heating.
Disliked: Wifi wasn’t great for streaming service on TV. Bed was a bit springy.
Lovely Lodge in a stunning location
Liked: Lovely cottage, very clean, well organised and well appointed, beautiful views of the mountains. Quiet and peaceful. Excellent housekeeping, so rare these days. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday, we definitely plan to return.
Disliked: One small undercounter fridge and freezer not really large enough for a family staying a week. Another fridge or a larger fridge would make the stay perfect. A few grumbles from the teens regarding patchy WiFi, but it didn't bother me. Emergency lanterns and torches in case of power cuts would be good. There was a planned one during our stay, but it went on longer than anticipated and was getting dark - no one at reception in the evening, the lack of phone reception, WiFi and emergency lights made it a little unnerving, but all good in the end!

Liked: The cottage was immaculately clean, the kitchen had a good selection of equipment, the milk tablet and shortbread a thoughtful touch.
Disliked: Nothing it was great I liked it all.
