Very good
Liked: Location was great for climbing Ben Nevis but not as great to get to the town center area with the shops and restaurants. It had a washer which was nice after a week of hiking.
Disliked: It was a bit pricey to not offer even shampoo/conditioner. They asked us to strip the beds (if possible). It did not have a dryer. I found some hanging racks but it took almost 2 days to get everything dry.
Family ( 2 adults 1 toddler and 1 baby)
Liked: Everything is lovely and the owner let us check in early. We will book and back next time if still avaiable. We are enjoyed our stay in this house

Liked: The apartment is lovely apart from the terrible beds. Very clean. Tea and coffee provided. Good location about 10-15 minute walk from main downtown area. Easy check in.
Disliked: Bed mattresses were long past sell-by.

Disliked: Leaks in the ceiling.
Liked: The bedrooms and bathroom were lovely, well decorated and comfortable.
Disliked: Downstairs was a little sparse and not very homely. The TV channels were not great and the kitchen was not very well equipped and some of the cups were badly stained making them look dirty.
Exceptional
Liked: Well appointed and comfortable, great with extra toilet down stairs. Smelled very nice.
Disliked: Only thing missing was a tea towel to dry the dishes.
