Liked: The location was very good. And the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: One of the bedside lamps did not work. The heated towel radiator fell off the wall and the curtains were too short for the window. The wall in the en suite was dirty, the sink tap was loose. I called the contact number with no response so left a message regarding the faults. There was no response to my message. We spoke to the cleaner next morning she called her boss and photographed the towel rail, we were told it would be repaired later that day. Nothing happened and we were not contacted.

Comfortable & convenient
Liked: Size of room and inclusions.
Disliked: No double or king size bed as rrquested. No option to a duvet (too hot).
Liked: The location is fab - the room was like a typical hostel room with on suite (bonus) - plenty of tea coffee - not enough milk to match the amount of tea & coffee though. Towels were nice & soft - beds were comfy. Heating worked so room was nice & warm.
Disliked: There was nowhere in the bathroom to hang towels - clothes etc.... Also nowhere to put wet walking gear. A deep clean to take the musty smell & a nice air freshener would help.
