Very good
Met expectations, no complaints
Liked: Veey good location for access to Fort Willam center. Very clean apartment. Spacious and all necessary facilities. Plenty of parking at the location.
Good facilities inside although the exterior is unprepossessing
Liked: The host was very accommodating and was able to get us into the apartment 4 hours before the official check in time. We really appreciated this as we were wet through from Storm Amy
Disliked: The apartment’s living room was too cold, the single radiator was not up to the job of heating the seating area as well as the kitchen area. We used the plug in supplementary radiators but even with these the older member of our party was still cold.
Good location, WiFi and TV
Liked: Easy to find, plenty of parking. TV FACILITIES good.
Disliked: There was no tea towel which I expected as there was no dishwasher. Only provided one medium towel per person, one hand towel between 5 of us. Heating took a bit of figuring out. Pillow weren’t great.
Liked: Apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Bedroom layout was ideal for our group. Kitchen had all the pots / pans / utensils etc you’d need to cook a meal. Wasn’t a slam dunk but I was very grateful for it after a long hike staying in hostels, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
Disliked: All somewhat minor - No oil / salt / pepper in the kitchen. Rooms aren’t super well sound-isolated. Clearly been renovated somewhat cheaply / DIY. As others said - location is about a 15 min walk from town. This is fine if you have backpacks but is brutal if you’ve got a roller suitcase; take a taxi from the train station.

Disliked: The area it was in was pretty grotty other wise I would recommend it 💯
A comfortable place for a short trip
Liked: It’s in a great location with easy parking. The apartment is spacious and the beds are comfortable.
Disliked: The apartment hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived at 5 pm. The host was quick to respond to messages and the cleaner came over right away (they said there had been a misunderstanding with the previous renters). While I appreciated the quick response, it felt as though they could have let us know ahead of time, and the hosts didn’t offer any compensation for the inconvenience, which I found off putting. There were very few supplies in the kitchen, which made it really difficult to do anything but eat out as well.
