Exceptional
Liked: Perfect location for exploring in and around Fort William as a family of 5. The Jacobite train is visible from the open living windows - nice touch if you have children who love Harry Potter! Walking distance to supermarkets and main town centre for restaurants and cafes. Large parking space directly outside the home for parking the car. The home is spacious and kept to a very high level of cleanliness. Bedlinen and towels were fresh. The downstairs bathroom is a wet room with a hot and powerful waterfall shower. I would recommend a larger shower mat to help maintain water overspill. The shower room upstairs was again exceptionally clean, fitted with an good electric shower. True to Scottish weather, it rained during our visit and the children got wet and muddy whilst exploring the beautiful coastal beaches and hills. There is a good washing machine to get clothes washed. With 3 kids, I would recommend a washer/dryer to help get clothes/jackets washed/dried quicker during short stays. There was a sturdy, large drying screen stored in the house which we used to dry our clothes. The children loved the upside down design of the home (open plan living space upstairs). The open plan living area is great for socialising and dining. As a parent, I would recommend the option to add a stair gate to the stairwell to give peace of mind. For those with younger children, a highchair may be a welcome addition too. Cooking facilities are again exceptionally clean and modern. The cooking facilities and utensils were second to none. On demand hot water tap. Stocked with the basics for when you need a cup of tea/coffee and Tunnocks on arrival! The children loved Disney plus on TV and all the board games, a lovely touch for settling down as a family in the evenings. We had an excellent stay in this home and would highly recommend for anyone considering staying in Fort William as a large family or larger group of friends.

Liked: We had a truly wonderful stay! The cottage is beautiful, cosy and very tastefully decorated. You can immediately see how much love, care and attention has gone into creating such a warm and welcoming place. Everything has been thought of, and the house is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the lovely welcome package that was waiting for us when we arrived such a thoughtful and personal touch. We felt at home straight away and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and all the little details throughout the cottage. Thank you for your warm hospitality. We had a lovely stay and made some wonderful memories here!
Disliked: The only thing we were disappointed by was the cleanliness of the bedding. When removing the bed linen at the end of our stay, we noticed blood stains on the duvet we had been sleeping under, which we found quite unpleasant and unhygienic. We also noticed several yellow stains on the bedding in the upstairs bedroom where our son had slept. This was uncomfortable to discover after having slept there for three nights. We hope this will receive some extra attention for future guests, as otherwise we had a very pleasant stay.

Fantastic location and great house would definitely recommend
Liked: Great location and well appointed. Everything you could need was in the house. Tea, coffee, milk, snacks. Beds really comfy, towels provided as well as toiletries. Close to electric car charging but could easily manage without a car due to location.
Disliked: Nothing! Everything about it was great.
The apartment is exceptionally decorated and very comfortable. It was a real treat to stay there
Liked: Everything was top end beautiful design and very new and clean.the kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need or imagine ( including chopsticks, sweetcorn holders, cocktail maker etc!)
