  Good One Night Stay Place

  Liked: By the name Mini, it justifies the room. We have everything what we wanted but room is a bit small and is comfortable only for one night stay. Not recommended for long stays

  Disliked: If rooms are a bit bigger that would be great. Price can be a bit low for that size of room

  Liked: Helpful people. Clean. Near the center. Good parking availability.

  Disliked: One of the rooms had no light. The owners could not solve it on a Sunday evening. For this they offered a refund for the room. This greatly appreciated.

  Liked: Described as a deluxe room more like a self contained student flat

  Disliked: Couldn't put anything in the freezer as it was all frozen.. obviously not checked.. rooms where very stuffy and warm only 2 windows bed was uncomfortable and hard to get into practically had to jump on to it.. no air conditioning or fans, emailed and phoned the owners about the possibility of a later check out.. no reply to the email or text the same email that confirmed my check in time a few minutes before.. I replied back to the owner asking how my stay was and told them about these problems to be told there's a small fan in a cupboard in the kitchen? Never seen one.. the freezer ooh will get the cleaner to check it.. so it wasn't checked with the last guests could have been like that for a while.. the late check out.. ooh we don't check our phones and emails every 5 minutes.. I asked if I would be compensated in some way not asking for a refund just some sort of compensation apologies.. to be told we don't get held to ransom Not very professional as if you want to keep clients happy and return and recommend it to friends family and work colleagues you try and make it better for them. Told them I wouldn't be back to stay there or recommend it to anyone. I have a copy of the email with these answers
