Lovely stay and very handy for bus into town and travelling in the area

Liked: Very comfortable bed and everything you would need had been thought of for such a small property. Neat little touches. The garden looked lovely but sadly due to weather we could not sit outside.

    Magical

Liked: I have stayed here before, and it’s always wonderful. But do try to get there when the flowers are blooming, because the garden outside is simply magical. The cabin is so comfortable and private, and has every amenity you might need, including a bath for those tired from hiking.

Disliked: Walking the road to get there feels a little unsafe, but not the property’s fault.

Ok stay for one night, has potential to be cute but not in its current state

Liked: Cozy concept, nice cloudy bed, cute garden with chickens, air fryer made cooking nice meals possible even without a stovetop.

Disliked: Not well insulated — there were breezes, water got in in place and worst of all, it was constantly infested with slugs. We had to move at least ten outside bit more kept creeping in through slits in the walls. The heating only worked sparingly, even though we got instructions on how to turn it on. The location is along the A82 and not great to reach by foot. Ideal if you have a car, otherwise not so much.

Quirky accommodation perfect for a short stay in the area

Liked: Really cute accommodation with a lovely secluded garden with a bbq and chicken coop. Signposted from the road and private parking space outside. Loved soaking in the bath. Totally walkable to fort William in less than. 1hr and handy having M&S so near.

Disliked: The frosted glass door to the bathroom is a bit too opaque for my liking. I love my hubby but watching him on the loo wasn’t a highlight. Not too bad when light is off but turn the light on and it’s a different story. Grass was pretty overgrown but overall these things didn’t detract from what was a super cute place to stay.

    Perfect

Liked: The location is absolutely beautiful. Ben Nevis is viewable from the deck. The quaint and quietness of your location is perfect. It truly feels like you are staying in a Hobbit House.

Disliked: Nothing! There is nothing that I did not like about the property.

    Cozy and lovely

Liked: Very cozy place, the bathtub is incredible to just soak and relax after a long hike.

Disliked: Because it's a small wooden cabin in a damp place, I think it's difficult to keep the mould in control. The bathroom especially had that mouldy smell.
