Fantastic location, excellent room and great facilities. Would definitely stay again!

Liked: Excellent stay in a fantastic central location. The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Having the kitchen area with a fridge and other facilities was a brilliant addition and made the stay even more convenient. Everything was great and I would happily stay here again.

Disliked: Nothing to complain about. Everything was excellent and the accommodation met all my needs.

Comfortable well located hotel was a great base for trips out and eating out

Liked: Very good location near train stations and city centre restaurants. Also near river for riverside walks. Modern building in good condition - decent sized room and having a small kitchen area and fridge is very useful. Lifts worked well and were quick. Air conditioning, but no openable window. Our room had no view and just looked out over an internal yard, but it was super quiet. There were a couple of problems - like the fire alarm went off one morning, but staff handled it well and we were soon allowed back in.

Disliked: There were problems with the cold water supply when we arrived, but reception staff failed to mention it when we checked in.

Liked: Practical layout of the apartment. Providing space and privacy. Very quiet with good location.

Disliked: Not much natural light in lounge. Curtain covered a wall, so deceptive as thought there was a big window
