  It was a pleasant experience, though it could be better

  Liked: Staff were helpful. The catering team in charge of the morning breakfast was fabulous. Their attitude to customers made me almost forget the deficiencies in other services. They were cheerful and ready to help. The meal was worth the money too. The mattress was soft and 'comfy' - my tired body needed it.

  Disliked: I was disappointed by the size of the room for the price per night I paid. The bathing soup was crap. There was no tooth paste to brush the teeth in the morning. How did they expect customers to lodge, eat and leave without provisions to brush their mouth? A small bathroom almost spoiled a good showering experience for me.

  Moderate hotel in good location for SEC

  Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Excellent breakfast

  Disliked: No water for a shower one morning due to lack of pressure on top floor at a busy time of day. Lighting awful in the room and pillows extremely poor.
