  Underwhelming

  Liked: The only plus for this place was the location relative to the event I came for. Adequate towels and available bins.

  Disliked: Staff were nonchalant. Poor attitude. I did not get the room I booked for. I was told I got "upgraded" to a family room I did not need and was not better off. Corridors had stale smell. Needs an overhaul and better client-facing staff.

  Very dated hotel but comfortable

  Liked: Close to where I needed to be. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good, good choices. Comfortable stay.

  Disliked: Very dated, could do with a lot of upgrading. First night the fire alarm went off at 5am but then 1 min later stopped, which can’t be helped, second night a lot of what I feel were drunken people slamming doors banging on walls, so feel this ruined the stay.

  All good

  Liked: Neil & Muhammad & the guyl last night were brilliant on reception. Unfortunately can't say the same about the breakfast as we were so looking forward to having a good tighter to set us up for the day finish our lovely break

  A good stay for concert goers

  Liked: Very good location in the west end, perfect for a concert stay. The room was large and clean and staff was friendly.

  Disliked: The bathroom could use with a deep clean, specially the shower was reluctant to use due to mold and mildew.

  Disappointed and felt sick with the smell

  Liked: The room was stinking of weed the first night. Bathroom was stinking of dead rats. Next morning the dead rat smell was all the way down the hall and I mentioned to the staff about it and he’s said he will raise it with manager

  Cost-effective and comfortable. Don’t expect parking

  Liked: Great location, lovely room with amenities

  Disliked: It said when we booked there was limited space in the hotel car park. We were told on arrival we couldn’t park there even though there were free spaces, and the car park was mostly empty for the entirety of our stay, so we had to spend unnecessary money parking on the street for £5 an hour. There was no justification to not let us park as advertised. Our room overlooked the car park so we could see how few cars were there at all times.
