Bed and mattress horrendous which ruined the entire stay

Disliked: Bed, mattress, heating (lack of) - Room not cleaned and towels not replaced for 5 days
An average hotel
Liked: It was clean enough and a spacious room. Great urban views.
Disliked: No phone in room to ring down about selfish loud next door people making a noise at 4 in the morning.
Overpriced for a very very basic hotel stay
Liked: The room was fine. A bit rundown. Outside of windows so dirty couldn't see out.

Disliked: The egg was green at breakfast and when I raised a concern the kitchen staff where very rude
Wasn’t worth the asking price
Liked: Good location
Disliked: Fire alarm went off at 2am also migrants staying in hotel
Liked: Kindly offered an upgrade when requests were made for husbands birthday at no additional cost. Very happy.
Disliked: Fancy coffee machine but no pods, bathroom could be updated as general wear and tear however clean.
