  Liked: Location

  Disliked: Blinds not working only black out worked not the louvre blinds. TV was unpredictable - only worked once. TV remote was dirty - disgusting!

  Citizen M is well situated for all local amenities. And i would recommend it

  Liked: The room was very modern and compact it had electric blinds and various light settings,it also had a king size bed, a chair and small table. Breakfast was optional offering a variety of choices that could be bought on the day. There are several spacious seating areas for the guests to relax in.

  Disliked: The technology for the lights and blinds was baffling and took some getting used to, also having a tablet to control these things and the television was confusing for for non-tech people however the staff were very helpful and offered to help us navigate these things. The accommodation was very different to what we are used to. Also there were no tea making facilities.
