Liked: The staff were helpful at check in. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Parking in the grounds was available.

Disliked: The heat in the room was stifling at times. Even with the radiador turned off, the room felt hot and stuffy. We ended up leaving the window open. Staff did offer us a fan.

Great value for money, ideal for my trip

Liked: The room was excellent, comfortable, plenty space, clean, new shower cubicle, flat screen TV and tea and coffee.

Disliked: The exterior is ‘tired’ and the reception desk very basic.

Liked: I asked the cab driver to take me back to airport it was in a rundown neighborhood with no access to get back to the airport, in Glasgow. I didn't stay there. I asked to be reimbursed but you didn't agree, very disappointing and stressful.

Disliked: As a recommendation- make sure you get a new travel cot. The one currently used is dangerous and does not comply with safety standards. The mattress does not fit the cot and babies could easily get stuck under the mattress between the mesh. We had to lie our baby lose on the floor on a mattress in the end. Please please can you get a new travel cot for the safety of future babies. Thank you.
