Pleasant and comfortable stay. Helpful & friendly staff

Liked: Excellent location, friendly staff and rooms are clean and comfortable.

Disliked: Bar food is unavailable after 4pm, after that, the only food available was a buffet in the restaurant which would have cost £29.99. I feel this is too expensive and other food options should have been available.

Liked: Location was fantastic for thr Hydro

Disliked: More information at check-in would have been good about free mini bar and lounge information, which was part of our booking. Overall, it's not put me off stsying again. Even with how busy the lounge was. Staff were very proactive and opened another area for the over spill. One thing on that is that the hotel will have known how many of these rooms were booked, so they could have been on the front foot and had secondary lounge ready.
