  Location is conveinient but cleanliness is not there

  Liked: Location

  Disliked: Awful hygeine stndards. Room not cleaned before arrival. Dirty clothes and items behind bedding. Floor not hoovered. Oven disgusting - Sticky and filled with crumbs. Desks not wiped down. Hair on bed.

  Liked: Good location: Central in the city centre, really close to the train station. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants around. Basic necessities such as some toiletries, towels and dishes to cook were already provided in the room.

  Liked: Good location, good equipment provided in the studio

  Disliked: Reception online declared as 24h, but it was only from 10am-6pm. Was informed upfront that I will receive information 24h before arrival how to get in, but none was received upon arrival. Arrival at night, I had to call the security who was surprised about the late check-in. Room was not cleaned properly before, contact lenses were spread around the ground, leaves, rubbish was broomed into corners.

  Good room, not good staff

  Liked: Good room. Very simple quite clean.

  Disliked: Only thing is the staff. There is virtually no one around so checking in was hard. Had to wait in the rain for 30 mins before someone came and let me in, they didn’t seem to know what they were doing didn’t know what room I was in what to do.

  I loved my 6 week stay and would definitely stay again and be eager to recommend to others

  Liked: It was extremely clean and spacious, it had a lot of amenities which were useful. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful answering any questions I had. The gym, lounge and cinema room were amazing added features which made it better then other places to stay and the location is amazing and had many different shops, restaurants and bars close by.

  Disliked: The only issue I had was the bathroom sink being slightly damaged as it took awhile to drain. Not a big issue and didn’t affect my stay.
