  Perfect stay for going to ovo for show

  Liked: The staff, especially Madison who booked us in and was lovely

  Disliked: Not much really, could have been a nicer area but wouldn’t have been as reasonable

  Average for what we needed but wouldn't stay again

  Liked: The room itself was clean and tidy but we had no view and were facing down onto an alleyway and another building. The window itself was letting a significant draught in.

  Disliked: The fact we had no view and were round the side of the building looking down into an alleyway and another building. Window was letting a draught in. Breakfast was awful, buffet situation with dried out bacon and soggy hash browns. Barely any tables to get seated around 9:30am, we waited around for a few mins until luckily someone left.

  Did the job for a nights sleep and breakfast, with a good check out time

  Liked: Location was ideal, Good price of room for last minute booking, Staff were good on initial check in, check out time of 11am was ideal for a Sunday.

  Disliked: Breakfast could've been better, some items felt a bit cold and had been left out too long and not kept well on hot plate. Our room was 117, an accessible room, which had stains on our duvet and bed sheets, the mattress was noisy and too firm for a hotel bed. The toilet was pathetic at flushing to a point toilet paper wasn't going down, and would cause the water to just fill and drain exceptionally slow.
