  Liked: Proximity to the Hydro

  Disliked: Poor sleep due to loud,rowdy guests on their way to their rooms after leaving the bar. Also my room was no. 125, and the continual use of the lifts kept me and my wife awake for most of the night as the room backed onto the lifts.

  Not enjoyable at all. Expensive for what you get abd shouldn’t have bane ‘Hilton’

  Liked: Lifts to bedroom Location good

  Disliked: Poor reception with large queue to book in. Inadequate seating in bar. Little consideration for the disabled. Could only find one disabled parking bay which was occupied. No bottled water in room Only towels for one person yet two adults were booked in. Our guests TV didn’t work and no one came to fix it. General feel of neglect in accessible room

  Disappointing - not up to the standard I would expect from Hilton

  Liked: Pleasant room, good size, great bed. Good bathroom facilities, pleasant staff. Excellent location.

  Disliked: Room was extremely dark. Good lighting for bathroom area, but so dark in the rest of the room - difficult to see anything, including tea/coffee-making facilities. Restaurant - food okay but chips were cold, chicken goujons overcooked and batter almost burned. Not up to the standard I expected from Hilton.

  Liked: Location - to be close to OVO Hydro

  Great Location, Hotel rooms need renovated, and noisy room cleaning staff at 8am (Weekend)

  Liked: Good location, lovely views, comfortable bed

  Disliked: Very Noisy (banging) Room cleaning staff at 8.30 on a weekend in the rooms either side of us when checkout is 12 Noon. Door knocked at 10.30 for cleaning on the day we left. Rooms dated and need decorated, Black mould on grout and sealant in bathroom. we had to move room because the first had a constant shower drip that looked like it had been there for some time because of staining on shower tray.
