  Comfortable Rooms but

Liked: Visit regularly as they have beautifully clean rooms, fab big comfy beds and good spacious strong showers and great location both for driving in and out of the city ( almost direct access to motorway) and central for walking to shops as well

Disliked: Watch out for over the top parking charges that increase cost of staying if you don't now book carpark in advance. Last stay it added £29 without discount, your discount from hotel takes it down to £21.75 which is a lot less from hotel than previously and I had to ask for hotel to supply discount code for next stay so not ideal. Also bar was closed up, shutters down when we returned from the rugby hoping to enjoy a drink sometime after ten, will have to remember this next time

Lovely place to relax with very friendly and welcoming staff

Liked: At check in we were warmly greeted by Manuel, he was very kind and sympathetic to our needs, as we had had a long and tiring journey. The room was very spacious, enormous comfortable bed, very good breakfast.

  It was less than

Liked: The room was great-a corner view on the top floor. The bathroom was lovely with the walk in shower. Plenty of seating other than just the bed.

Disliked: The phone in room didn't work, had to go down and ask the front desk to ACTUALLY TURN UP the heat in our room... Ridiculous. The restaurant was closed for a private event one night when the wind and rain were outrageous. The last day, the restaurant was OUT OF EGGS. HOW? That's is no way I feel we got our money's worth. If we ever come back to Glasgow, we will NOT be staying here.
