  Horrible and regrettable night at Kings Park Hotel

  Disliked: Booked 9 rooms. They cancelled on the day and asked me to come in and pay in person. After £1520 payment for a night, they then told me a room was not available (provided a space for 3 people instead of 5) and tried to compel me to join separate families together. I had to take 2 individuals away to find another accommodation at midnight and had to drive back to Edinburgh during storm Buelo. They said the manager will give me a call. It's a week and no call and refund. Heater in one of the 1adult 1 child rooms not working too. Noise filtering from party downstairs.

  It’s not value to money

  Liked: It was clean and on required location.

  Disliked: Heating system wasn’t working properly so spent whole night in cold. Staff sain they got only one external heater which is already occupied by someone else.

Under this policy 10% payment at point of reservation and full payment for all rooms and nights booked will be required at least 6 weeks before the actual check-in date.
