  Tea for me

  Liked: The room was clean and comfortable - especially the bed.

  Disliked: It is probably petty but a couple of biscuits to go with the tea would have been nice.

  Alright if out and about & need somewhere to sleep

  Liked: The welcome that we got in the hotel and that the parking cost was on them. Was nice to have a bath in the room, was a huge bonus. The bed was really comfy. The breakfast was good, lovely selection of food, ranging from a cooked breakfast style buffet, toast machine and a lovely selection of jams etc as well as a variety of juice.

  Disliked: There were dead flies on the window sill, it was covered in dust and dirt. The fan in the bathroom was an eye sore, it was full of dust! No sound proofing, could hear the people in the room next to us talking at 5.30am. No harm in talking but it was loud and woke us up.

  Liked: Clean room and friendly staff.

  Disliked: Access to the front of the hotel was a bit difficult for my wife due to the steps, even though there was only about 5, she has severe pain in her hip due to needing a hip replacement, which made it a bit of a challenge, but apart from that, we enjoyed our stay and will return sometime in the near future.

  Stay was rubbish got woke up with banking upstairs noise in corridor

  Disliked: Shower was freezing then hot then cold then hot the duvet cover was covered in brown stains the noise of people banging shouting arguments

  Glad it was only one night. Booked as near hospital

  Disliked: Bath had mould on grout round the bath in places. Enamel was chipped in several bits. Sink was discoloured and broken & had been glued/repaired badly.
