  Disappointed and tired

  Liked: Location, size of room

  Disliked: Windows heavy and very difficult to open or close (left open before my arrival) and was very cold. Room soundproofing was very poor. There was an adjoining door right next to my bed and I was kept awake by my next-door guest who was snoring. I was wearing ear plugs and was still kept awake.

  Always liked Millenium, standard now, very poor, few staff

  Liked: Position and staff.

  Disliked: Shortage of hot water, cold plates in buffet, no table clearance.
