  Excellent location, right beside merchant city, great shopping nearby

  Liked: The Apartment was lovely, has everything you need, also is very secure. The keys are in a shop on the way if coming from train/bus station, on the description of the apartment location, its also says its across the road from a shop of the same name, my mistake that I had assumed this was the same shop as mentioned. just a note for anyone, you will pass the shop on the way to the apartment most likely.

  Excellent apartment in great location

  Liked: Our apartment was amazing, it had everything we needed, spotless and so comfortable and in an excellent location. Our hosts were amazing and were very helpful and friendly, we will definitely stay here again, highly recommend 😀

  Poor quality and service

  Liked: Clean apartment in a convenient location. Space was good for 3 guests sharing.

  Disliked: We received the wrong check in instructions which led to some stress and a delay getting access to the property. The apartment was very cold - so cold we couldn't sleep on the night we arrived - and we didn't find the instructions for the heating until we were tidying up to leave. When we were checking out, the shop we were supposed to leave the keys at was closed and we had to wait, with a taxi meter running, and time to catch a flight running out, to find out what to do. For the price we paid, I expected better quality accommodation and much better customer service, so overall it was pretty disappointing.

Trained pets welcome on request. Cats not allowed. Guest need to inform us in advance that they need to bring the pets. £25 per night charge directly payable to us. Pets not allowed on soft furnishings or beds & Sofas. Extra bed lining for the sofa bed and spare bed is chargeable.

Please note that all guests need to show a valid photo ID upon arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
