  Good clean apartment, centrally located. A great base to explore Glasgow

  Liked: The apartment was spacious and clean and provided the facilities necessary for a short term stay. Access to the building and reception is via a single door on the street with a keycode needed to open the door. We were fortunate that the taxi driver knew the place and pointed us to the door. To get from the entrance to the lift there is a short flight of about 5 steps to negotiate. Reception on the first floor was friendly, the room was clean and all of the facilities worked. As others have mentioned the apartment is centrally located and there are nearby places to buy groceries, or have a coffee etc. The shower like many places in Europe, is located in the bath so beware if you have limited mobility. I would definitely stay here again.

  Disliked: One minor point to note was that our last night was interrupted by the buildings fire alarm going off at about midnight. We didn’t see others evacuating and there was no sign of smoke. A call to the emergency contact mobile number resulted in a message that there was no answer and the voice mail box was full. Wifi stopped working but power stayed on. Eventually the alarm turned off. The next morning there was a printed note left under everyone’s door explaining that a water pipe had burst in the basement and this caused the alarm to be activated, cut off the wifi and also water to some of the apartments was affected. These incidents are to be expected when travelling and generally add to the “colour” of travelling. The explanatory note delivered in the morning was a good way to manage the fallout from the situation.

  Liked: The size of the apartment and the location of it. It was very clean and the little offerings in the kitchen were lovely. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Reservations for 4 or more rooms will be considered a group booking. For these reservations, 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and full payment 28 days prior to arrival. Bookings made on the day require full payment at the time of booking.

Under no circumstances is an apartment to be sublet by the occupier. Failure to adhere to this will result in the occupant being evicted.

Office opening hours are as follows: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 19:00, Saturday and Sunday 10:00-18:00. Bank holiday hours may differ.

Reception is open Daily from 10.00 to 16.00, while time self check-in can be arranged.
