Fabulous
Good location, but this is certainly not a signature hotel. We would have had a better time at a budget travelogde
Liked: The location
Disliked: The room we were put in was not fit for guests. No windows that opened, they had put an air conditioned unit in but this was too noisy to sleep with it on, this was the same with the fans. The hotel were aware of this and when we complained about it the staff said they didn’t understand why these rooms were still being sold to the public. We arrived back at the hotel just before 11pm on the night we were staying following an evening at the theatre and went in to the bar, only to be told last orders had just been called and we could not get served. I explained that we were residents but that did not make any difference meaning we had no choice but to go to our room. We did not even have water in the fridge. Breakfast in the morning was terrible. The food was sitting out and cold apart from the beans. The coffee was filtered and cold, and the continental was poor. I will not be back to this hotel. Very poor for the money we paid.
Liked: Pretty much everything- quality of hotel for the price was very good, especially the breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing really.
Booked again as soon as we got home!
Liked: Very clean, friendly staff and tasty breakfast.
Disliked: Just one small thing. The pillows were like a rock. The bed was comfy though!

Liked: Hotel staff all lovely, bed very comfy and hotel all round lovely. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The shower & shower head needs a good limescale clean. The pillows on the bed need to be replaced and better coffee at breakfast.
