  Ruined by an aggressive "host"

Liked: Very quiet location. Exceptionally clean. Convenient to city.

Disliked: The host was absolutely dreadful to deal with. Just because I got confused with the access code for the lock box, she "tore into me", speaking to me as if she was an eastern European prison guard. I have never had such treatment from anyone. I would avoid this place just not to deal with her. Bed was very basic. I'll never understand why UK properties, (particularly those with large bedrooms such as this) have small double beds.

Liked: The place is spotless - it is obvious that pride and care is taken in cleaning and maintaining this pleasant flat, and I was upset I had only booked it for a single night!

Liked: Outdoor area for a dog. Up to date kitchen and bathroom. Spacious lounge and bedroom.

Disliked: Lacked facilities in the kitchen, especially utensils. There are no instructions and information on how to use the apartment equipment, unlike other places that I have stayed in. Also, tips on the area would have been helpful. The sofa bed wasn't comfortable for a three night stay.
